Paul A. Smolinski is the principal attorney in the law firm. Paul
graduated in 1987 from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago,
Illinois. Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois
State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Southwest Bar
Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Pamela Wawrzyniak is
the law firm's paralegal. Pam has been with our firm since 1991 and she
is in charge of keeping contact with our many clients to insure that
they are informed as to the progress of their legal matters and to
offer assistance when questions arise.
Colleen Rzeszutko is our receptionist and administrative assistant. You
will get to know Colleen as she is the first person that you will have
the opportunity to speak with when you call our office. She also is in
